Questions people actually ask.

A quick reference for the things that come up once you're a few weeks into using the app.

Does the AI Coach need an internet connection?

Not necessarily. When an on-device model tier is active, coaching replies and meal-photo recognition can run fully locally. See AI Coach and AI Models.

Where do my calorie and macro targets come from?

They're calculated from your onboarding profile — goal, training frequency, and body stats — not fixed defaults. See Onboarding.

What happens to an exercise I can't do because of an injury?

Workout Log adapts or substitutes it automatically based on the injured areas set in your profile, rather than assigning it as written. See Workout Log and Exercise Library.

Will the home-screen widget show yesterday's numbers by mistake?

No — the widget snapshot is tagged with the day it was computed for specifically to prevent that. See Widgets.

Can I get my data out of the app?

Yes, two ways: a full backup of everything logged, or a summary PDF built for sharing with a coach or doctor. See Settings & Data and Progress.

Is anything sent off the device by default?

Usage analytics are local-only unless explicitly enabled, and even then only anonymous, aggregate counters are sent. See Settings & Data.

Does the food database cover more than Indian and Western food?

Yes — a dedicated global cuisine category sits alongside the Indian and Western sets. See Nutrition Database.
